Welcome to Adriana Pereira RMT - an independent Massage Therapy practice operating under the collective of Simply Massage & Associates, located at 168 Curtis St, in St Thomas Ontario.  

Adriana has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2021. Massage Therapy is a regulated health profession in Ontario focused on assessing and treating soft tissues of the body to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support overall wellness. With a strong understanding of anatomy and the fascial system, she focuses primarily on trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and fascial work - the body's connective tissues. Adriana's treatments integrate techniques that release tension and enhance mobility, using a "less is more" approach. She aims to create an environment that nurtures both physical and mental health, allowing clients to leave their treatments feeling better than when they came in. 

As I return to practice on a part-time basis, my current hours of operation are as follows:

Tuesday: 9:30 - 4:00

Wednesday: 9:30 - 3:30

Friday: 9:30 - 12:30

Rates for Massage Therapy, effective October 1, 2026

$75 per 30 minute treatment

$90 per 45 minute treatment

$115 per 60 minute treatment

$140 per 75 minute treatment

$170 per 90 minute treatment

Please note that our cancellation policy requires 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
